Outdoor adventure has shaped every part of Lauren’s life. From an early age, the sense of freedom, challenge, and connection she found through adventurous travel had a profound impact on her outlook and ultimately inspired her career. Since 2006, she has been designing, leading, and managing youth programmes that help others discover their own potential through adventure.
Lauren’s experience spans the globe. She has spent five summers in New Hampshire working at an outdoor summer camp, 13 weeks leading youth expeditions in Malaysian Borneo, and in 2013 she served as a crew member on a 20-day transatlantic sailing voyage from Gran Canaria to Grenada. Her travels have also taken her across Europe, North America, Australia, and Indonesia, and most recently she spent a month exploring South and Central America.
A true lover of all things outdoors, Lauren thrives on the water — happiest when she’s in it, on it, or beside it — and continues to channel her passion into helping young people build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love for adventure.
