Safety Embedded in Every Step of Our Journey
The safety and well-being of students is and always will be our number one priority. Our leaders undergo rigorous, continuous training in critical areas such as water safety, first aid, and group management, this weekend we had leaders out in Wales taking part in the National Water Safety Management Programme Level 2 Coastal and Inland Awards and the Mountain Leader – Rope Refresher day course. These courses have been accredited by the RLSS and also Mountain Training Association as CPD courses with full-day credits. It’s also a fantastic opportunity for our leaders to come together and not only have a huge amount of fun on the course but also share their ideas and knowledge with each other.
