Caroline brings a background in public relations within the film and television industry, along with strong communication and organisational skills. She has experience working in fast-paced environments, supporting teams and clients to deliver projects from planning through to completion.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her rescue German Shepherd. Whether walking in the forest, visiting the coast, or taking part in activities such as sea swimming, bodyboarding and kayaking, she enjoys staying active and connected to nature.

A gap year at 18 saw Caroline travel through India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Los Angeles. This experience sparked a lasting passion for travel and a belief in its ability to build confidence, independence and personal growth.

Caroline is also a committed animal lover and has been vegan for six years.

At True Adventure, Caroline supports schools, parents and internal teams, helping to ensure each expedition is well organised and runs smoothly from start to finish.
